- Assist in purchasing of materials by processing purchase orders and auditing invoices for accuracy.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Obtain information from vendors.
- Research and dissolve discrepancies, calculate payments and adjustments and process returns.
- Any other ad-hoc duties, project works, etc. as assigned by the HoD of Finance Department.
